Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders

PLEASE NOTE: Normal wear and tear, chewing, scratching, or misuse of our collars are not considered to be due to any flaws in workmanship and will not be considered for exchanges or refunds. Though the collars are made on heavy duty nylon webbing, they are not indestructible.

Dogs will be dogs, and not all dogs are the same. This also goes for how dogs wear their collars. Some dogs are very hyper and pull while walking on the leash causing the collar to have a shorter life span, while a similar dog can wear the collar for years. Please make sure the equipment you use on your dog is safe for them, and make sure it is being used correctly so that it can have a longer lifespan!

Returns and exchanges

When you receive your items, please check to make sure there was no damage done during shipping.

If you received the wrong item, or there is a sizing flaw with the collar, you can contact me and either exchange for a new collar or do a full refund for the amount of the collar(s). Please just make sure you have contacted me before you ship anything back!


All returned items must be in their original condition to receive the refund. Once I have received the returned item/items you will get the refund amount necessary!
